Brief Introduction of SHXJ1500 Wire Saw Machine:
1. The machine boasts a robust and stable structure, featuring a top beam

and a hydraulic station tensioning unit

along with two large flywheels. On the left side, it is equipped with a driven big flywheel and hydraulic station tensioning unit. The tensioning device controls the diamond wire's tension or relaxation, maintaining the optimal pressure. On the right side, a driving flywheel and main motor are installed, capable of modulating the wire speed between 0-40m/s through an inverter. This machine can adeptly cut various types of stone materials.
2. The machine operates with a four-axis linkage CNC system. Both the machine's lifting and the trolley's movements are managed by a servo system, while the guide wheel's rotation is controlled by a step system.
3. Operators have the capability to write programs and input cutting parameters directly into the CNC control panel. For intricate graphics, designs can be created in AutoCAD and saved as DXF files. The CNC system can read these DXF files and automatically generate a cutting program when a USB containing the files is connected.
