1. The machine boasts a robust and stable structure, incorporating a top beam,

and two large flywheels. The left side features a driven large flywheel paired with a hydraulic station tensioning unit. This tensioning device meticulously controls the diamond wire's tension or loosening, maintaining optimal pressure. On the right side, a driving flywheel and main motor manage the wire speed between 0-40m/s via an inverter, enabling the machine to cut various stone materials.
2. This advanced machine is controlled by a four-axis linkage CNC system. The lifting mechanism and trolley movements are precisely managed by a servo system, while the guide wheel rotation utilizes a step system.
3. Operators can easily program and input cutting parameters through the CNC control panel. For complex graphics, users can create designs in AutoCAD, save them as DXF files, and the CNC system will seamlessly read these files and generate cutting programs when a USB drive is connected.
4. The trolley movement is driven by a screw rod that is continuously lubricated within its protective cover
