1. The machine boasts a stable structure, featuring a top beam

and a hydraulic station tensioning unit.

It also includes two large flywheels. The left side houses a driven big flywheel and hydraulic station tensioning unit. This tensioning device controls the diamond wire's tension or looseness while maintaining pressure. The right side features a driving flywheel and main motor, which can control wire speeds between 0-40m/s via an inverter, allowing the machine to cut various stone materials.
2. This state-of-the-art machine is controlled by a four-axis linkage CNC system. Machine lifting and trolley movements are managed by a servo system, while the guide wheel rotation uses a step system.
3. Operators can program and enter cutting parameters using the CNC control panel. For complex graphics, users can draw them in AutoCAD and save them as DXF files. The CNC system reads these files and automatically generates the program when a USB containing the DXF file is inserted.
4. The trolley moves via a screw rod, which is immersed in oil within its protective cover
