1. The machine boasts a robust structure featuring a top beam

It includes two substantial flywheels. On the left, a driven flywheel and hydraulic station tensioning unit regulate the diamond wire's tension, maintaining optimal pressure. On the right, a driving flywheel coupled with the main motor modulates the wire's speed between 0-40m/s via an inverter, efficiently cutting diverse stone materials.
2. This machine is governed by an advanced four-axis linkage CNC system. Both the machine's elevation and the trolley's movement are managed by a precision servo system, while the guide wheel rotation employs a step system.
3. Operators can effortlessly write programs and input cutting parameters directly into the CNC control panel. For complex graphics, users can draw them in AutoCAD, save them as DXF files, and the CNC system will automatically generate the program upon insertion of a USB drive.
4. The trolley's movement is driven by an oil-soaked screw rod housed within its protective cover
