1. The SHXJ1500 boasts a robust and stable structure, featuring a top beam

The left side houses a driven large flywheel and the hydraulic station tensioning unit, which manages the diamond wire's tension or release, maintaining constant pressure. On the right, a driving flywheel and main motor adjust the wire speed from 0 to 40m/s via an inverter, enabling versatile stone cutting.
2. This advanced machine is governed by a four-axis linkage CNC system, with lifting and trolley movements steered by a servo system. The guide wheel rotation employs a step system for exact precision.
3. Operators can easily program and input cutting parameters through the CNC control panel. For complex designs, simply draw with AutoCAD and save as a DXF file. The CNC system reads these files and automatically generates the program when a U-disk is inserted into the USB interface.
4. The trolley maneuvers via a screw rod, which is lubricated with oil within its protective cover
