1. The machine boasts a robust and stable structure, featuring a top beam

a hydraulic station tensioning unit

and two large flywheels. The left side houses a driven large flywheel and the hydraulic station tensioning unit. This tensioning device meticulously regulates the diamond wire's tension or slack, maintaining constant pressure. The right side is equipped with a driving flywheel and the main motor, which can adjust the wire speed between 0-40m/s via an inverter, enabling the machine to cut various stone materials.
2. This advanced machine is governed by a four-axis linkage CNC system. Both the machine's lifting and trolley movements are managed by a servo system, while the guide wheel rotation is controlled by a step system.
3. Operators can conveniently write programs and input cutting parameters directly into the CNC control panel. For complex graphics, designs can be drawn in AutoCAD and saved in DXF format. The CNC system can then read these DXF files and automatically generate the required program when the U disk is inserted into the USB interface.
4. The trolley moves via a screw rod, which is lubricated with oil within its protective cover
